Sally Clayton

Team Manager

Appreciation from some players.

Sally Clayton is one of six founders of the Synergy Gold Fastpitch team in 2011. Recognizing the importance of having an avenue for players to pursue their scholarship dreams, Sally and 5 other Executive Members set out to produce a template for the Synergy Program which has been solidified and improved upon over the next 8 years with the dedicated Coaches and Managers.

As a long term volunteer with RMMSA (over 30 years), Sally was honoured with the Softball BC Minor Service Award in 2017 for her commitment to the sport.  Sally has held many positions within RMMSA over this time frame, her current Executive Position is Director of Association Operations.

More importantly, Sally is the thread that weaves the Synergy Team together; she manages the paper flow, coordinates the details, and keeps the team running smoothly.  Players refer to her as the “real MVP” as she provides them with the healthy snacks and meals that keep them playing at their best.  Plus, she’s always got a smile on her face, a positive attitude, and a desire to see each girl achieve her best.
